Spinning Studio – Spinning studio, exercise bike group fitness classes

Large 8 badminton court Sports Hall, with options of spectator seating, capable of hosting most major sports and leisure events.

HHRC is a business resource for any organisation working for better health and wellbeing in its broadest sense - from major NHS organisations to one-person complementary therapy practices the centre has a solution for you. This is a community resource designed to support a broad range of activities across the health and well-being spectrum.
Harlow Resouce Centre is a conference and meeting venue located within Harlow Leisurezone. The centre is an air-conditioned, flexible space offering fully-equipped facilities for training sessions, seminars, and meetings. The large lounge and refreshment area adjacent to the conference rooms mean conferences with up to 100 delegates can be catered for.
