Southeast Martial Arts Clubs
Interested in learning self defence and a traditional Martial Art or just fancy a great workout within your own capability?
The training is suitable for all ages and abilities, two left feet, can't touch your toes, can't see your toes, doesn't matter. Ladies and children welcome.
The training is geared to give everyone the opportunity to benefit from it and exercises are scaled to cater for different capabilities. There are training courses to attend, gradings, competitions to take part in or just watch. None are compulsory, they are there to give you more to take part in and progress your ability if you so wish.
Training is from 14:30 - 16:30 on Sundays.
