Tang Soo Do
Tang Soo Do is a Korean martial art of self-defence.
Through learning its combat oriented movements one can achieve a high degree of mental and physical wellbeing.
Tang Soo Do develops body co-ordination, conditioning, self discipline, respect and confidence.
Tang Soo Do teaches mental and physical training which includes:
- Stances
- Hand/Foot Techniques
- Forms (Hyung)
- Free fighting
- Breathing exercises
Anyone from 6 years old can enrol at any time. Come in ordinary loose clothing for the first few lessons.

Lau Gar Kung Fu
The training is suitable for all ages and abilities, two left feet, can't touch your toes, can't see your toes, doesn't matter. Ladies and children welcome.

Kick Boxing
American style kickboxing for men and women uses martial art kicking combined with western boxing which will promote greater levels of stamina, fitness flexibility and self-defence.
