Refund / Cancellation Policy

Regrettably, once our service has been paid for, it is not our policy to offer a refund. However, on occasion we may consider offering a credit note if we feel we have not provided the product or service to our usual high standards. If you are not satisfied with the service you have received please contact the Customer Services Manager with your reason for your request and they will assist you further.  Credit notes are issued solely at the discretion of the Customer Services Manager. Delivery Policy

Once you have booked and/or paid for the service you require, this will be available to you either immediately or for the time slot allocated and at the price displayed. If for some reason we, Harlow Leisurezone need to withdraw that booking or service we will notify you at our earliest opportunity. Changes to an activity location or activity style do not apply and we endeavour to offer a similar replacement activity where possible.
