Q: Is the centre open?
A: Harlow Leisurezone reopened on Monday 12th April 2021.
Q: Is the Spa open?
A: The Spa is open for Gold and Silver members only who have Spa in their membership package.
Q: Is social distancing in place?
A: Customers are asked to keep a safe distance from other customers and staff wherever possible.
Q: Do I need to wear a mask in the centre?
A: Mask wearing in the centre will not be enforced at this time but down to individuals if they wish to wear them.
Q: Will hand sanitising still be encouraged?
A: Hand sanitising stations are still available throughout the centre.
Q: Will I receive changing information via email if I’m a Direct Debit Gym member?
A: Yes, some information is sent out, in line with your membership category, if you have supplied an up-to-date email address, please look out for communications from us, you may need to check your junk email box.
Q: I’ve paid for my child to do a lesson, sports course or class that has been cancelled?
A: If your child has been booked onto a lesson or sports course, classes will be added on at the end of the course/session as appropriate. Please do not cancel your Direct Debit or charges may be applied.
Q: What will happen to the booking that I have paid for?
A: If you have booked and paid for an activity during the closure period then you will need to contact the centre once we reopen to organise an alternative date.
Q: I am a up-front cash payer for Swimming lessons, What will happen to lessons paid for during the lockdown?
A: The lessons that are cancelled during the lock down will be added to the end of the existing course, for you to attend in line with the payments you have made.
Q: Can I get a refund for lessons not used during the shutdown?
A: Refunds are not possible as the course will be extended to cover any lost weeks.
