Whether your child is learning to swim or aspiring to compete at county, regional or national level, Dunmow Atlantis Swimming Club provides a clear pathway to help them reach their potential. The Harlow-based Penguins Swim School introduces younger children to the water.

Harlow Penguins Swim School provides structured swimming lessons for children aged 4 and over, helping every swimmer develop water confidence, essential safety skills and strong swimming technique in a fun and supportive environment.
Following the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework, our qualified teachers guide children through each stage at a pace that’s right for them, building confidence as well as ability. For those who wish to continue their swimming journey, there is a clear pathway into Dunmow Atlantis Swimming Club and competitive swimming.
